In Q3 of 2018, 12 million-dollar homes were sold in Fort Worth, as reported by NTREIS (North Texas Real Estate Information Systems) each quarter, down by 4 homes over last years total of 16.

Over the past 5 years, the highest total for million-dollar home sales in the City of Fort Worth for the 3rd quarter was 2016 with 17 homes sold. Based on fourth-quarter sales in recent years, this year projects to have a total 65 of million-dollar homes exchange hands by year’s end.
